LEARN ABOUT OUR PACK

We are excited to welcome boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade to Pack 577. If you are new to Scouting, learn more about how ranks are organized. Our Pack has two types of meetings. Pack meetings are held once a month and include all grades and ranks. Dens consist of small groups of Scouts that are all in the same grade/rank and also typically meet once per month. The Pack hosts camping weekends in both the Fall and Spring as well as a big trip once a year. Check out the calendar to see a real-time list of events for the Scouting year.

To get started with Scouting, your family will register for both Scouts BSA (National level) and Pack 577 (our local Pack level). Please click the button below to begin the Online Registration process. Be sure to fill out the online cart under the New Scouts area. As always, please feel free to contact our leaders with any questions you may have.

Equip your new scout

If you do not already have a uniform for your Scout, please view the BSA Guidelines. Please note that the rank hat and official Scout pants are optional for our pack.

You may either purchase your uniform from the online Scout Shop or visit the Atlanta Area Scout Shop in person located near Suntrust Park.
